The Honor Bar Attendant position at The Ritz-Carlton Arlington is a full-time, non-management role paying between $22.43 and $24.92 per hour. This position plays a vital role in supporting the overall guest experience by ensuring that the honor bar is maintained and stocked to the highest standards. As an Honor Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service with attention to detail and professionalism. In this position, you are expected to interact courteously and professionally with guests and team members across various departments, contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel. The role requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, and moving through confined or elevated spaces. The Honor Bar Attendant must be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 55 pounds safely and efficiently.

Job Duties
- Maintain and stock the honor bar area to ensure guests have access to all beverages and snacks
- Assist other departments such as housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage to support smooth hotel operations
- Deliver items directly to guest rooms as needed, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Comply with safety and hygiene standards while handling and transporting items
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely restocking and guest service
- Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards by delivering gracious and thoughtful service
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 55 pounds
