Located in Arlington, Virginia, at 1250 S Hayes St, The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a full-time Honor Bar Attendant to join their Rooms & Guest Services Operations team. This non-management position offers an hourly pay range of $22.43 to $24.92, providing a competitive wage within the hospitality sector. Working onsite is required, as the position is not remote.
The Honor Bar Attendant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering personalized, attentive service that aligns with The Ritz-Carlton's celebrated Gold Standards. These standards form the core of the brand's identity and guide the daily practices and interactions of every team member. The Honor Bar Attendant is responsible for managing the honor bar services, which include ensuring that guests have access to a variety of beverages in an inviting and well-stocked environment. This role is key to maintaining the luxurious ambiance and seamless service that guests expect from The Ritz-Carlton.
In addition to providing exceptional service to guests, the Honor Bar Attendant supports various hotel departments, embodying a versatile and proactive work ethic. The role requires being on one’s feet for extended periods, moving through different areas, including narrow and elevated spaces, and performing duties that involve lifting and carrying items weighing up to 55 pounds. Attention to detail, adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and professionalism in appearance and communication are critical requirements.

Job Duties
- Manage the honor bar to ensure it is well-stocked and inviting

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the honor bar area
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 55 pounds as required
- Uphold professional appearance and communication standards
