Job Duties
- deliver items directly to guests in their rooms
- provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and other departments
- ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of guest and associate requests
- navigate hotel premises including confined spaces and stairs safely
- lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds
- maintain professional appearance and communication
- adhere to safety protocols and company policies
