Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
no prior related work experience required
no supervisory experience required
ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance
must be able to stand, sit, walk extensively, and navigate stairs and ramps
ability to maintain professional appearance and communication
willingness to perform various reasonable duties as assigned

Job Duties

Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms
assist housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and reception departments as needed
move, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing 55 pounds or less without assistance
navigate through confined spaces, elevated areas, stairs, and service ramps
maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
comply with company policies and safety procedures
contribute to creating a memorable and seamless guest experience
