General Laborers contribute significantly to maintaining a safe and productive work environment by adhering to safety protocols and quality controls. The work environment may involve exposure to cold and warm areas, wet and humid conditions, and the presence of strong odors. Employees are expected to wear personal protective equipment, such as hard hats, safety shoes, and hearing and eye protection, to ensure their safety while performing duties. Flexibility in work hours, including the possibility of overtime depending on production demands, is required.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- willing to work scheduled shifts including overtime
- able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods
- able to work in cold and warm environments
- capable of wearing required personal protective equipment
- able to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- able to perform repetitive tasks involving manual dexterity
- able to lift up to 30 lbs repetitively and 60 lbs occasionally with mechanical assistance
- able to work in wet and humid conditions
- willing to work around animal blood and carcass parts
- able to climb ladders and navigate platforms
- must be willing to adhere to safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- good hand-eye coordination
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
