The General Manager position at Ambrosia QSR is a full-time, non-exempt hourly role that plays a pivotal part in the overall success of each restaurant location. Reporting directly to the District Manager, this leadership role involves managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest satisfaction, staff performance, financial goals, and safety standards. The General Manager oversees a team comprising Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, providing guidance and support to ensure operational consistency and excellence.

This position requires a leader with strong accountability who can foster a safe and inclusive work environment, lead by example during peak business hours, and maintain clear communication channels across all levels of staff. The General Manager is responsible for training and developing the team, managing labor and inventory costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe training and certificate
  • prior experience with a POS system
  • two years of hands-on food or retail management experience

Job Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to successfully pass a background check including criminal history
  • maintain compliance with required training mandated by laws and company policies
  • maintain effective communication via cell phone, text, calls, and emails
  • intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • responsible team player demonstrating punctuality and respect
  • experience in fast-paced office environment is a plus

Job Duties
