Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of applicable labor laws

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or foodservice leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
  • Financial acumen including managing budgets and inventory
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure new hires and transfers are onboarded and acclimated to operational and service standards
  • Conduct evaluations and coaching to uphold high team standards
  • Provide ongoing education on coffee, food, and service knowledge
  • Identify and develop high potential talent for leadership roles
  • Maintain operational and menu standards including health department compliance
  • Lead team in delivering 5-star guest service and proactively handle customer concerns
  • Manage facility maintenance and equipment servicing
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations
  • Oversee store financial performance including sales, labor, inventory, payroll, and cash handling
  • Work alongside the team during peak hours and special events to drive revenue and efficiency
