Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws
Job Qualifications
- Experience in retail or foodservice leadership
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
- Financial acumen including managing budgets and inventory
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Ensure new hires and transfers are onboarded and acclimated to operational and service standards
- Conduct evaluations and coaching to uphold high team standards
- Provide ongoing education on coffee, food, and service knowledge
- Identify and develop high potential talent for leadership roles
- Maintain operational and menu standards including health department compliance
- Lead team in delivering 5-star guest service and proactively handle customer concerns
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment servicing
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations
- Oversee store financial performance including sales, labor, inventory, payroll, and cash handling
- Work alongside the team during peak hours and special events to drive revenue and efficiency
