Job Duties

  • Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
  • Giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
  • Controlling cash and making deposits
  • Ordering and managing inventory
  • Handling operational and administrative paperwork
  • Monitoring restaurant operations including reservations and seating
  • Leading daily meetings and fostering a positive work environment
