Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and coaching abilities
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with a run it like its your own mindset to exceed performance goals
  • Manage inventory and control food and supply costs (COGS)
  • Create effective schedules and oversee labor management
  • Hire, train, coach, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering growth and accountability
  • Provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle cash management responsibly
