Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as a general manager in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to delegate and coach effectively
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a 'run it like it’s your own' mindset to exceed performance goals
- Manage inventory and control food and supply costs (COGS)
- Create effective schedules and oversee labor management
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate a dedicated team, fostering growth and accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash management responsibly
