Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
- Experience in staffing and scheduling
- Commitment to adhering to company policies 100 percent
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and great customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Customer service experience
Job Duties
- Oversee all shift operations including cost control and inventory management
- Manage cash control and customer relations
- Set example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork
- Ensure food quality and store cleanliness
- Promote great customer service and punctuality
- Drive marketing initiatives and focus on store profitability
