Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
  • Experience in staffing and scheduling
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies 100 percent
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and great customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership or management experience preferred
  • Strong math skills for handling cash and inventory
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee all shift operations including cost control and inventory management
  • Manage cash control and customer relations
  • Set example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork
  • Ensure food quality and store cleanliness
  • Promote great customer service and punctuality
  • Drive marketing initiatives and focus on store profitability
