Known for their commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction, EOS Hospitality is a prominent player in the hotel and resort industry, striving to provide outstanding experiences to their guests while fostering career growth for their team members. As part of their expansion and future growth plans, EOS Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join their property leadership team. This opportunity represents a strategic role at one of their West Coast properties, where the candidate will have the chance to lead a prestigious hotel or resort within their portfolio.
The General Manager position at EOS Hospitality entails broad responsibilities within the hotel environment. This leadership role focuses on the development, training, and selection of key leadership personnel, ensuring the hotel staff’s performance meets high standards across all service functions. The role requires the ability to interact personally with guests, resolve guest issues efficiently, and maintain effective communication across diverse departments within the resort. Achieving profitability goals is a critical aspect of this role, requiring the General Manager to oversee all operations and financial aspects to meet or exceed budgetary objectives.
Key functions include leading and supporting all departments, maintaining compliance with corporate policies and federal, state, and local law, and continuously improving service standards to enhance guest satisfaction. Guest relations are a priority with an emphasis on ensuring satisfactory service recovery and responding promptly and professionally to any complaints or concerns.
Additionally, the General Manager supervises the overall maintenance and appearance of the facility, working closely with the Director of Engineering. They enforce standards rigorously and ensure all departments adhere to established procedures and policies, thereby upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence. The role demands exceptional leadership skills, revenue management expertise, and a hands-on approach to daily resort operations. The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging between $120,000 and $220,000 annually, dependent on geographic location and experience.
