Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- managerial and customer service experience
- ability to read and interpret business documents
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- proficiency in Word and Excel
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- ability to work on feet for long periods
- ability to move around the restaurant frequently
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to lift and carry supplies
- ability to work in warm environments

Job Duties
- Manage the activities and employees of a specific restaurant
- direct all the members of subordinate staff and hold them accountable
- recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate crew members and shift managers
- supervise and help prepare food that meets or exceeds brand standards
- resolve complaints from customers and report issues or incidents to supervisors
- ensure the restaurant is opened and closed on time
- maintain a clean restaurant that meets or exceeds company standards
- ensure the restaurant is following proper cash procedures
- foster a safe working environment
- perform admin duties including building employee schedules, making food orders, counting inventory, performing food safety checks, entering maintenance requests
- develop crew members using company training procedures
- use shift plan to organize and manage the crew
- treat all others with respect and follow handbook
- monitor product quality during shift
- monitor product quality by managing crew performance
- monitor services times and increase efficiency
- train crew to respond promptly and courteously to customers
- train crew to maintain store cleanliness
- complete crew orientation and general training
- train crew in new products
- cross train crew in various positions
- give specific training on problem areas
- recommend high-performing crew for promotion
- follow all food safety procedures
- monitor inventory levels and order products
- manage security of cash, supplies, and equipment
- follow store priorities set by district manager
- ensure restaurant follows company policies for discounts and promotions
- drive deposits to the bank
