We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our restaurant locations. The General Manager plays a critical role in the success of the restaurant, acting as the primary leader responsible for achieving company goals and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality standards, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. This full-time leadership position entails managing staff including assistant managers, shift managers, and crew members, ensuring optimal scheduling, staffing, and training standards are met.
The successful candidate will ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and profitably by supervising activities such as inventory control, cash management, and facility maintenance while promoting a safe and welcoming work environment. They must be adept at resolving customer complaints and maintaining open communication with both staff and higher management to support continuous improvement. Through effective leadership, training, and operational control, the General Manager ensures the restaurant meets and exceeds brand and corporate standards, contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Managerial, supervisory, leadership, and customer service experience
- Driver's license and good driving record
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to read, analyze, create and interpret general business memos and documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform basic math including percentages and ratios
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good computer skills including Word and Excel proficiency

Job Duties
- Manage the activities and employees of a specific restaurant
- Direct all the members of subordinate staff and hold them accountable
- Recruit, interview, hire, promote, discipline, and terminate crew members and shift managers in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and help prepare food that meets or exceeds brand standards
- Resolve complaints from customers and report issues or incidents to supervisors
- Ensure the restaurant is opened and closed on time
- Maintain a clean restaurant that meets or exceeds company standards
