Currently, Starwood Hotels is seeking a General Manager to lead their rooftop restaurant, WATR, which offers Japanese-influenced cuisine in a bright, breezy setting with stunning lake views. This role demands a dynamic leader with deep expertise in food and beverage, especially strong beverage knowledge, to elevate the dining experience. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of related experience in an upscale luxury environment and a proven record in leading food and beverage teams for a minimum of five years. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration among the team. This leadership role requires swift problem-solving skills, the ability to motivate and inspire team members, and a willingness to actively engage in day-to-day operations alongside staff.
