Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or ability to achieve
- Background check required
- Ability to drive positive business results
- Ability to motivate, coach, develop others
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk up to 6 hours
- Strong communication in loud environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years

Job Duties
- Own all aspects of leading the bakery-cafe team including planning and managing staffing needs
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members while motivating and engaging the team
- Manage team performance to meet bakery-cafe goals, operational and quality standards
- Develop managers on people processes and Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors
- Follow operational procedures to execute company strategies and initiatives
- Ensure every guest is delighted by food quality, service, and staff
- Build engaging relationships that lead to loyal guests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state and local regulations
- Maintain a healthy and safe workplace that meets health, food, safety, and culture standards
- Manage bakery-cafe costs and inventory
