Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 8 years of experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related professional area
- Or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years of experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related professional area
- General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in the property industry
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related area
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience in managing financial performance and revenue strategies
Job Duties
- Develop business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Execute business plans aligned with Marriott global strategic objectives
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies
- Lead and coach Executive Committee members for high performance
- Analyze business data to inform decision-making and improve property performance
- Foster employee engagement and maintain fair labor relations
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards through regular audits
