Job Requirements

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 8 years of experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related professional area
  • Or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • 6 years of experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related professional area
  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in the property industry

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of management experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related area
  • Proven leadership experience in a hospitality setting
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in managing financial performance and revenue strategies

Job Duties

  • Develop business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Execute business plans aligned with Marriott global strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies
  • Lead and coach Executive Committee members for high performance
  • Analyze business data to inform decision-making and improve property performance
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain fair labor relations
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards through regular audits
