Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and implement contract requirements
- Willingness to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, and extended standing
- Ability to comply with safety standards, including use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements and identifying operational opportunities
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead through other managers
- Experience in managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
Job Duties
- Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations
- Manages client and community relationships, continuously assessing operations and developing plans to enhance service and drive satisfaction
- Builds, develops, and leads a management team and staff to effectively carry out organizational objectives
- Recommends methods, resources, and implementation plans for service improvement and business growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations
- Partners with finance to manage budgets and design improvements to optimize financial performance and productivity
- Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining all records and reports accordingly
- Upholds Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and business conduct policy at all times
