LifeWorks is currently seeking a General Manager to lead a premier culinary program in a VIP and executive setting. This is a salaried position with compensation ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, reflecting the high level of responsibility and leadership required. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret and implement contract requirements
  • Willingness to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, and extended standing
  • Ability to comply with safety standards, including use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while providing hands-on execution management of operations
  • Manages client and community relationships, continuously assessing operations and developing plans to enhance service and drive satisfaction
  • Builds, develops, and leads a management team and staff to effectively carry out organizational objectives
  • Recommends methods, resources, and implementation plans for service improvement and business growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations
