Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
  • experience in premium and concessions management preferred
  • direct p&l responsibility within a comparably scoped environment
  • ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • strong focus on client and guest service and entrepreneurship
  • passion for food and beverage with concept development capabilities
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to be hands-on with staff and operations
  • physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
  • willingness to comply with uniform and personal protective equipment use

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience

Job Duties

  • full p&l responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • manage client relationships and provide hands-on leadership of operations
  • lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and concepts
  • develop new concepts to increase revenue for concessions, premium service, and catering
  • partner with senior management to plan and execute business development strategy
  • recruit and develop new and existing managers
  • interact effectively with clients, stadium guests, and team members regularly
