Job Requirements
- minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience
- experience in premium and concessions management preferred
- direct p&l responsibility within a comparably scoped environment
- ability to lead a large team of culinary and operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- strong focus on client and guest service and entrepreneurship
- passion for food and beverage with concept development capabilities
- ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to be hands-on with staff and operations
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing
- willingness to comply with uniform and personal protective equipment use
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- full p&l responsibility for food and beverage operations
- manage client relationships and provide hands-on leadership of operations
- lead a large team of managers and workforce across multiple units and concepts
- develop new concepts to increase revenue for concessions, premium service, and catering
- partner with senior management to plan and execute business development strategy
- recruit and develop new and existing managers
- interact effectively with clients, stadium guests, and team members regularly
