The company is currently seeking a highly qualified General Manager to lead operations at the TownePlace Suites in Oklahoma City, OK, a select-service hotel featuring 88 well-appointed rooms. This role is full-time and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with additional financial incentives such as quarterly bonuses. As the primary strategic business leader of this property, the General Manager is responsible for the overarching operational performance, including guest satisfaction, employee engagement, financial management, sales strategies, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will execute brand service standards and initiatives aimed at surpassing guest expectations while boosting profitability and market presence. This leadership position requires hands-on accountability for guiding the property leadership team, enhancing professional development, and fostering a collaborative work culture. The General Manager will also actively cultivate robust relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers to strengthen the hotel's community presence and reputation. A key component of the role involves meticulous financial oversight including P&L management, budget creation, and cost controls, alongside leveraging sales engines and brand platforms to optimize revenue streams. Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years hotel leadership experience
- experience at a select service-level hotel brand such as Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar
- strong financial management skills including budget creation and cost controls
- ability to work independently and lead a team
- excellent communication skills in English
- proficiency with hotel management software like M3, ADP, and One Yield
- ability to engage with community and build relationships
- local candidate preferred
