Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years hotel leadership experience
- experience at a select service-level hotel brand such as Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar
- strong financial management skills including budget creation and cost controls
- ability to work independently and lead a team
- excellent communication skills in English
- proficiency with hotel management software like M3, ADP, and One Yield
- ability to engage with community and build relationships
- local candidate preferred
- no relocation support offered
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel leadership experience in a select service-level property
- proven success in Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brand
- strong financial acumen including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls
- working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- ability to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high employee satisfaction
- demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- detail-oriented and self-motivated with initiative and analytical skills
Job Duties
- ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations and increasing profit and market share
- hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution
- guide professional development of the property leadership team and all team members
- ensure sales engines are leveraged
- build owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations, and delivering solid business results
- be active in the local community to build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers
- oversee financial performance including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls
