Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service or fast-casual environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including labor management, budgeting, inventory, and P&L responsibility
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and accountability
  • Comfortable using computers and restaurant technology
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Associate's degree or coursework in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members
  • Create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Drive restaurant sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Analyze business results and implement action plans to achieve financial goals
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain top talent
  • Schedule labor effectively to meet business needs while controlling costs
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
  • Conduct coaching sessions and team meetings to communicate goals, promotions, training, and operational updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, security procedures, and all applicable laws
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant assets
  • Maintain the restaurant, equipment, and facilities to company standards
  • Support local store marketing initiatives and community involvement
