This role is for a General Manager (Operating Partner) who will lead one of Cafe Zupas's restaurant locations. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience. This includes managing and mentoring the team through daily coaching, fostering a culture of positivity, gratitude, and teamwork, and building genuine relationships with guests. The role requires strong leadership skills to lead organized, happy, and high-energy shifts while implementing Cafe Zupas’s unique service and leadership behaviors. The General Manager will also collaborate with District Mentors to drive company-wide initiatives, supporting the broader organizational goals.
