As the General Manager of Vintedge Apartments, you will hold a pivotal leadership role responsible for directing, administering, and controlling the overall operations of this upscale apartment facility. This role demands a multifaceted approach to ensure that the property consistently achieves budgeted revenues and profits, while upholding superior service and operational standards. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, maintaining the apartment’s luxury standards, and steering the team towards excellence. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years in a general manager or senior leadership role within hospitality or residential property management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial targets
  • flexible with work schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
  • commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
