Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 6 years of relevant experience
  • 10 or more years of senior management experience in a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance in the property industry

Job Duties

  • Develop business strategies aligned with Ritz-Carlton brand objectives
  • Execute business plans to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to generate revenue and pursue new business leads
  • Lead and coach Executive Committee to drive high performance and accountability
  • Act as a passionate brand advocate, ensuring brand standards and values are upheld
  • Analyze business data to inform strategies and maintain budgetary compliance
  • Build strong owner relations through proactive communication and performance reporting
