Job Requirements

  • Education level of 2-year degree or 4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Extensive management experience in hospitality or related area
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Proactive leadership with experience managing complex business operations
  • Demonstrated success in strategic business planning and execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Commitment to uphold brand standards and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years of relevant experience or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
  • 10 or more years in senior management of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel preferred
  • Proven experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, and accounting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • Demonstrated record of exceptional performance and career growth in the property industry

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute business strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share
  • Lead and hold property leadership team accountable for strategy implementation and performance
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue generation and demand
  • Manage talent development, succession planning, and create a cohesive executive committee
  • Champion the Ritz-Carlton brand standards and ensure guest experience excellence
  • Analyze business data including financials, market share, and customer feedback to inform decisions
  • Maintain strong owner relations through proactive communication and reporting
