Job Requirements
- Education level of 2-year degree or 4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Extensive management experience in hospitality or related area
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proactive leadership with experience managing complex business operations
- Demonstrated success in strategic business planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Commitment to uphold brand standards and operational excellence
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years of relevant experience or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
- 10 or more years in senior management of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel preferred
- Proven experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, and accounting
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Demonstrated record of exceptional performance and career growth in the property industry
Job Duties
- Develop and execute business strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Lead and hold property leadership team accountable for strategy implementation and performance
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue generation and demand
- Manage talent development, succession planning, and create a cohesive executive committee
- Champion the Ritz-Carlton brand standards and ensure guest experience excellence
- Analyze business data including financials, market share, and customer feedback to inform decisions
- Maintain strong owner relations through proactive communication and reporting
