Job Requirements

Education level of 2-year degree or 4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Extensive management experience in hospitality or related area
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Proactive leadership with experience managing complex business operations
Demonstrated success in strategic business planning and execution
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally and externally
Commitment to uphold brand standards and operational excellence

Job Qualifications

2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years of relevant experience or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience
10 or more years in senior management of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel preferred
Proven experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, and accounting
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
Demonstrated record of exceptional performance and career growth in the property industry

Job Duties

Develop and execute business strategies to maximize guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share
Lead and hold property leadership team accountable for strategy implementation and performance
Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue generation and demand
Manage talent development, succession planning, and create a cohesive executive committee
Champion the Ritz-Carlton brand standards and ensure guest experience excellence
Analyze business data including financials, market share, and customer feedback to inform decisions
Maintain strong owner relations through proactive communication and reporting
