The position available is for a senior management role that functions as the primary strategic business leader of The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. This full-time, on-site management position offers an attractive salary range of $222,000 to $308,700 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and stock packages. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The leader in this role actively collaborates with the Sales and Marketing team to develop innovative revenue-generating strategies, proactively pursues new business opportunities, and aligns local property sales efforts with global brand strategies. Talent management is a core part of the position, including building a cohesive Executive Committee, coaching team members, and fostering employee development to maintain high performance and exceptional service delivery.
Furthermore, this role encompasses business strategy development and execution, analyzing business data such as market share, financial results, and customer satisfaction to continuously improve the hotel's competitiveness. Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 8 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major
- 6 years’ experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Property industry work experience demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field and 8 years of management experience
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in related field and 6 years of management experience
- Preferred 10+ years senior management experience in a four-star/four-diamond hotel
- Proven ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in the hospitality industry
