Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- knowledge of hotel management software and financial reporting
- demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or in select service hotel operations
- strong sales and networking skills with a track record of driving financial results
- excellent leadership abilities, including hiring, mentoring, and team motivation
- organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- prior gm experience preferred
