Better Buzz Coffee is now opening its first location in Florida and is seeking General Managers to lead their new community introduction. The General Manager role is pivotal as the leader of the café and represents the heart and soul of the Better Buzz experience. This position is responsible for embodying the company’s values by providing outstanding guest service and fostering a positive, energetic work environment for the team. As a General Manager, you will be the driving force behind maintaining the consistency of the Better Buzz Coffee experience. This means leading your team by example to showcase hospitality, professionalism, and passion for coffee. The role requires someone with a competitive spirit who is eager to grow alongside a fast-moving brand and aims to win every day through teamwork, sales, and customer satisfaction.

The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $32.00 to $35.00 based on a 45-hour workweek, translating roughly to an annual salary of $79,000 to $86,000. Additionally, there is significant monthly bonus potential once the candidate is awarded a store, with opportunities for career advancement in a company that values development and leadership. The selected General Manager will undergo an 8-week out-of-state training period, providing an intensive introduction to the company culture, operations, and leadership expectations before launching the new Florida location.
