The General Manager position at Taco Bell under Cotti Foods Group is a pivotal role within the restaurant.   • Preferred 2 years of experience in food management
  • Preferred 2 years of drive-thru experience

Job Duties

  • Leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and adhering to company standards

  • Building an effective team through comprehensive training and development, providing meaningful performance feedback
  • Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, quality, and sanitation standards, including proper storage of ingredients
  • Conducting regular health, safety, and security audits and taking necessary corrective actions
  • Ensuring the facility and equipment are maintained to Taco Bell standards
  • Following proper protocol for opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees
