Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- experience managing contract services or in hospitality environment
- proven leadership skills
- ability to focus on client and customer service
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- capability to interpret and implement contractual obligations
- experience managing budgets and financial analysis
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
- willingness to use uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- strong focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth
- advanced interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, senior management, and support staff
- ability to read, interpret, and implement contractual requirements
- meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
- proven leadership capability managing through other managers
- experience in budgeting, financial controls, and analysis
- expertise in crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on management
- manage client and community relationships to assess operations and develop service improvement plans
- build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to meet organizational objectives
- recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contractual obligations
- collaborate with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial performance and productivity
- ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain records and reports
- uphold Aramark's safety standards and Business Conduct Policy at all times
