We are currently seeking a full-time General Manager / Store Manager / Restaurant Manager for one of our McDonald's locations. This role is critical to the success of the restaurant as it involves running a profitable business while ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager will work closely with leadership to set restaurant goals and formulate plans to achieve them. This position requires the ability to lead and motivate a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and guidance to improve department performance. The General Manager is also responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team for the future. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts per week and, although previous McDonald's management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
