Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume quick service restaurants

  • Ability to set and achieve performance goals
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is an asset
  • Effective communication and coaching abilities
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and support Department Managers in goal setting and performance tracking
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental and overall restaurant performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision
