Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Lead and support Department Managers in goal setting and performance tracking
- Provide coaching and direction to improve departmental and overall restaurant performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Manage staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision
