Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hotel leadership experience
- Experience working with Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, Choice or similar brand
- Knowledge of hotel property management and financial systems such as M3, ADP, and One Yield
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Valid work authorization for United States employment
Job Qualifications
- Highly experienced general manager with 2+ years of hotel leadership
- Proven track record with Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, Choice or similar brand
- Strong financial acumen including P&L review, budget creation, and cost controls
- Working knowledge of M3, ADP, and One Yield
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
- Professional and lead with integrity
Job Duties
- Ensure implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations and increasing profit and market share
- Hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution
- Guide professional development of the property leadership team and all team members
- Ensure sales engines are leveraged
- Build owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations, and delivering solid business results
- Be active in the local community to build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers
- Manage financial performance including P&L review, budget creation, and cost control
