Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
- minimum 3 years relevant experience in rooms or food and beverage operations
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- availability for travel

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related business field

Job Duties
- Practice a culture of guest service in all interactions
- promote courtesy goodwill and positive attitude in every encounter
- anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
- coordinate special programs functions and incentives to improve guest service
- work cooperatively with fellow associates
- lead the Executive Committee to reach property goals
- develop and achieve hotel revenues and profits using forecasting P&L management RevPAR
- ensure property compliance in all departments
- ensure product quality supports future bookings and maximizes revenue
- coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations
