Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related field
  • minimum 3 years relevant experience in rooms or food and beverage operations
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • strong computer proficiency
  • availability for travel
  • regular attendance

  • ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work assignments timely

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel management or related business field
  • minimum 3 years experience in rooms or food and beverage functions

Job Duties

  • Practice a culture of guest service in all interactions
  • promote courtesy goodwill and positive attitude in every encounter
  • anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
  • resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
  • coordinate special programs functions and incentives to improve guest service
  • work cooperatively with fellow associates
  • lead the Executive Committee to reach property goals
  • develop and achieve hotel revenues and profits using forecasting P&L management RevPAR
  • ensure property compliance in all departments
  • ensure product quality supports future bookings and maximizes revenue
  • coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations
