We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead one of our full-service hotels to outstanding success. This role is pivotal in building and managing a team of passionate hospitality professionals, achieving financial goals, and representing the hotel brand in the community. The General Manager will play a critical role in orchestrating operational excellence, from hiring and mentoring staff to managing financial performance and liaising with hotel owners and brand representatives. This position demands a leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and inspiring, with strong sales skills and an established network in the hospitality community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and delivering exceptional financial results while maintaining operational excellence across all departments, including food and beverage.
