The company combines extensive industry knowledge with innovative solutions to enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence across various large-scale sports and entertainment venues. Aramark is dedicated to empowering its workforce and fostering growth, ensuring its services meet the dynamic needs of clients and consumers alike.

This General Manager position represents a highly impactful leadership role focused on overseeing multi-unit food and beverage operations with multi-million dollar revenue streams within some of the San Jose region's premier sports and entertainment facilities. The role involves full financial accountability, including P&L management, as well as strategic planning to meet organizational goals, client expectations, and guest needs. The scope includes managing concessions, catering, premium dining, retail, and e-commerce operations across several venues. Moreover, the General Manager will lead and develop a large and diverse team of managers and staff, executing major sports events, concerts, and large venue special events with operational excellence.

Hands-on leadership is essential, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet event and operational requirements.

At Aramark, this role is more than management; it’s a crucial partnership in creating memorable guest experiences and executing flawless event service that aligns with the company’s broader mission of service and community impact. The position encourages innovation in developing new food concepts and revenue sources, cultivating client relationships, and fostering a team culture focused on high performance and guest satisfaction. The role also requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and the capability to adapt to changing business demands. Aramark’s comprehensive benefits package, emphasis on employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion further underscore its position as an employer of choice in the hospitality and event services space.
