Job Description
Our company is an established franchise organization operating 18 McDonald’s restaurants with approximately 800 employees across our home office and restaurant locations. We are currently seeking General Managers to join our team and provide exceptional leadership to our restaurants. The General Manager is the cornerstone of the restaurant’s success and is responsible for ensuring that every team member operates with a guest-first mentality. This role requires at least one year of previous McDonald’s management experience, and although prior General Manager experience is recommended, we encourage any applicants with McDonald’s management background to apply. The General Manager plays a crucial role in managing operations, motivating staff, upholding company standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
The salary range for this role is dependent on various factors including the amount of McDonald’s management experience, time spent in the food service industry, availability, and other relevant criteria. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year McDonald’s management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in a fast food or food service environment
- Valid work authorization
