Job Requirements
- At least one year of previous McDonald’s management experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications

- Previous General Manager experience is recommended
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food service operations and health regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high performance
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service and meet operational goals
- Oversee employee training, development, and scheduling
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards
- Drive sales and profitability through effective management and business strategies
- Handle inventory control and cost management
- Support and implement company policies and procedures
