The General Manager role is a critical leadership position within each restaurant, responsible for directing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, staff performance, and financial success. This position demands a guest-first mentality, underpinned by strong operational knowledge and previous McDonald’s management experience of at least one year. While previous General Manager experience is recommended, we also welcome candidates who have some management experience within McDonald’s and are eager to expand their leadership capabilities. The salary for this position varies and is influenced by factors such as the length of McDonald's management experience, tenure in the broader food service industry, and availability. Job Requirements
- At least one year of McDonald’s management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
