Previous General Manager experience in either limited or full-service properties is preferred, highlighting progressive career growth and exceptional performance in the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights is a necessary part of the role.
Key responsibilities span business strategy development and execution, sales and marketing collaboration, talent management, revenue management, owner relations, and public relations management. Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 8 years’ experience
- Or 4-year bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance, and accounting
- Proven record of exceptional performance in the property industry
