Job Requirements

  • education degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in management, sales, marketing, finance, or accounting

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 8 years experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related field
  • or 4-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related major with 6 years experience in management operations, sales, marketing, finance, or related field
  • general manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in hospitality industry
