We are currently seeking a career-driven General Manager to join our retail team. This is a full-time position offering an hourly rate of $70,500 to $73,000 annually. The General Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily retail operations of our market shops, ensuring efficiency, and fostering an uplifting and productive atmosphere. This position is ideal for a natural-born leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating sales teams, managing business strategies, training new staff, and maintaining high standards of merchandising and customer interaction. The General Manager will handle responsibilities such as opening and closing the shop, managing cash accurately, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, restocking merchandise promptly, and preserving a visually engaging merchandise presentation.
