As General Manager, you will take charge of renting units and trucks, selling merchandise, and managing property maintenance to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This position requires an individual skilled at building strong customer relationships, utilizing creativity to maintain high occupancy through effective advertising, and overseeing facility operations including collections, deposits, and tenant communications. You will also handle scheduling moving trucks, upselling insurance, cross-selling other facilities, and assisting with auction preparations compassionately.

In addition to your sales and customer service duties, you are responsible for maintaining the physical appearance and safety of the facilities by ensuring cleanliness, security, and performing minor maintenance tasks.
