Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for improvement
  • Communicate the restaurant's priorities, goals, and results to team members
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash management and brand compliance
  • Monitor food and labor costs, inventory levels, and waste minimization for profitability
  • Address customer feedback and enhance service quality
  • Engage with the local community and explore partnership opportunities
  • Lead by example with a strong work ethic and adherence to company values

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A proactive, positive attitude with genuine passion for customer service
  • Strong work ethic and adherence to company values
  • Experience with quick service restaurants (QSR) is a plus
  • Ability to analyze guest feedback and implement improvement strategies

  • Oversee multiple locations in the region
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage daily operations such as inventory control, scheduling, and cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and innovative marketing initiatives
