We are currently hiring a Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth and efficient operation of our high-volume, multifaceted restaurants and fresh kitchens located within our travel stops. The Restaurant General Manager will take the lead in managing staff, ensuring superior customer service, and optimizing restaurant processes and strategies to grow sales and maximize customer satisfaction. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a quarterly bonus program, alongside access to medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
In this key role, the Restaurant General Manager will oversee safety and cleanliness in food preparation areas, enforce food safety procedures, and maintain inventory levels through efficient ordering and stocking practices. You will partner closely with the General Manager of the facility to ensure task executions including scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, and accurate reporting. Your leadership will include coaching team members on timely and accurate preparation and packaging of customer orders, always aiming to exceed service expectations.
With your understanding of financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, you will analyze business performance and implement strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities. Job Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Frequent lifting and moving of items over 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+
- 3+ years analyzing budgets and profit and loss statements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to food safety procedures
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders timely and maximizing customer service expectations
- Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to influence business changes and capitalize on opportunities
- Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
