Job Description
Ethos Hospitality is a leading hospitality company committed to redefining the standards of restaurant and hospitality operations. Known for its high-volume, full-service dining experiences combined with innovative hospitality practices, Ethos Hospitality blends exceptional ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and genuine guest connections to create memorable experiences. The company emphasizes organic, grass-fed, and grass-finished proteins and champions food programs free of seed oils. Their beverage offerings include organic, third-party tested coffee and cold-pressed juices made with premium ingredients. Ethos Hospitality cultivates a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, welcoming innovation and empowering leaders at every level to challenge the status quo and develop scalable systems that support the company's rapid growth.
The Operations General Manager role at Ethos Hospitality offers a unique leadership opportunity beyond the traditional scope of restaurant management. This position carries responsibility for overseeing high-volume front-of-house operations, including the restaurant, bar, and specialty coffee services, while working alongside culinary leadership to ensure a harmonious and seamless guest experience. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Operations General Manager will own front-of-house financials, operational systems, and team development, playing a crucial role in shaping the company's operational foundation during a period of fast growth. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, supplemented by an exceptional performance-based bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for paid training and professional development.
Ideal candidates for this role will bring a minimum of five years’ experience managing high-volume, full-service restaurants with a proven track record of success in bar and nightlife operations. Leadership in developing managers and fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability is vital, alongside strong financial acumen, including profit and loss ownership. The role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team empowerment, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing guest experience. Success in this role means strengthening leadership teams, innovating operational systems, elevating guest satisfaction, and preparing future leaders to support Ethos Hospitality's ongoing expansion and leadership in the hospitality industry.
