As a Restaurant General Manager at Love's, you will play an essential role in the high-volume, multi-faceted restaurant and fresh kitchen environment. Job Requirements
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- 3+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+
- 3+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds
- ability to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to food safety procedures
- Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent acquisition, and reporting
- Coach and develop team members to maximize customer service and timely order preparation
- Analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements to inform business decisions
- Address and resolve customer feedback to improve the dining experience
