Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- ability to work within established policies and procedures
- strong leadership presence on the floor
- ability to manage operational metrics such as labor and food cost
- willingness to train at other company locations
- authorized to work in the United States
