Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • ability to work within established policies and procedures
  • strong leadership presence on the floor
  • ability to manage operational metrics such as labor and food cost
  • willingness to train at other company locations
  • authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience in restaurant management or assistant general management
  • ability to lead and build teams effectively

  • Execute scratch recipes as written

  • participate actively on the floor providing leadership
