Within this expansive and customer-focused organization, the role of Restaurant General Manager is pivotal in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of high-volume, multifaceted restaurants and fresh kitchens. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day processes that enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years restaurant management experience
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+
  • 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT physical

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years restaurant management experience
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+
  • 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations

Job Duties

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
  • Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Work alongside team members to train and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations
  • Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities
  • Address customer feedback and work to improve the overall dining experience
