Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- must have 3 plus years of restaurant management experience including scheduling, inventory, interviewing, and training
- must have excellent leadership and communication skills
- travel to Waco, TX headquarters required for initial training
- must exemplify core values of positivity, collaboration, hospitality and integrity

- ability to motivate and lead a team
- familiarity with scheduling, inventory management, interviewing, and training processes

Job Duties
- Oversee food, labor, and hiring processes
- train store and management staff
- schedule and lead store meetings
- act as point of contact for local store
- respond to customer feedback in timely manner
- uphold the store to company standards
- cover shifts at the store as needed
- other duties as needed
